Husker Du- New Day Rising

A milestone of american hardcore punk. Clearly a starting point of anything "pop-punk", but don't let that dreaded moniker fool you into thinking this is some watered down Green Day fare. While this record certainly contains the pure melodicism of their later work, it does so without sacrificing any of the relentless ferocity of their early records.
